I took a leadership class in college, and honesty, at the time, I did not have any idea why I was there.
setting up meeting
write down your agenda
be fair to everyone but use a timer if needed, time is money, don't waste your money.
have someone to take notes
idea box-for every meeting, for those who are little shy, have a wooden box that ideas can placed on paper.
food-very little carbs, if the meeting runs over a hour
